monthly club meeting by majority vote of the quorum. (rev.
06/10/2007)
i) If a member objects to the addition of a non-existent paragraph, then it
shall be called a revision and requires the change(s) be presented at three

then a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the quorum is required to revise the bylaws
at the third (3rd) club meeting. This will allow ample time for the club
members to review and discuss the proposed changes.

officers request, the proper authority will be called and/or summoned.

assume wagon master responsibilities if the assigned Wagon Master CANNOT
attend the weekend. (06/10/2007)

defined as the (1) attendance of the member whose name appears on the wagon
master list when the fees are settled with the RV park; (2) a rig occupies a
club designated site for the member whose name appears on the wagon master
list; and (3) the camping fees are paid in accordance with the terms and
conditions of the club by-laws and RV park rules for that member whose name
appears on the wagon master list. (rev. 06/10/2007)
J) The wagon master list will be based upon the attendance
record of the membership (subject to item I) and compiled in advance of the
proposed campout. Pre-qualified members will have attended 6 of the 13
campouts during the specified qualification period. Qualification periods
for each month are based upon the preceding campout months as demonstrated
in the example below.

Guests:
A) A guest will be invoiced $225 dollars in advance by the club for a requested campout prior to
placement on the WM waiting list. Upon receipt of the guest deposit, the guest will be placed on the WM waiting
list, notified via e-mail of their status, and the $225 payment will be sent
to the club Treasurer and noted on that specific WM list as payment
received. If the guest is moved to the WM
active list, and they attend the requested
campout, they will be required to pay for that weekend’s camping fees.
(rev. 12/08/2018)
B) If the guest does not become a member, the club Treasurer will refund the
guest deposit minus any fees due the club and no further obligation is due
the club or the guest. (10/13/2007)
C)
If a guest cancels their active reservation
after the WM list cut-off date they will be subject to the cancellation fees
as described in Section 4. The guest will be
re-invoiced to make the difference charged so that the original $225 guest
deposit remains on file until another campout. Upon receipt of the guest
deposit balance, the guest will then be placed
on another WM waiting list pending availability.
